I’ve finished filing everything with the Secretary of State’s Corporation Division. MacAtoZ LLC is ready for business. Lame temporary website now in place. Cool looking logo finished (see yellow version, above). Since I’m planning on some Yellow Pages advertising (or at least grabbing the free courtesy listing), I thought MacAtoZ might prove a more illuminating name than SiteRev.com for those searching out a Mac dealer, repairman, consultant, or trainer.
The other advantage? The change in business structure from SiteRev.com (sole proprietorship) to MacAtoZ (Limited Liability Company) means that after I destroy your network or accidently reformat your hard drive, you can’t take my house.
I will continue to market SiteRev.com for web site design and hosting, but all the Mac-specific functions and marketing will be at MacAtoZ. More news in this regard to follow.
