Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek releases long-promised ‘first spouse handbook’ • Oregon Capital Chronicle:

The document doesn’t clarify key questions raised earlier this year, when three aides left the governor’s office after raising concerns about first lady Aimee Kotek Wilson’s expanding authority.

After creating a situation where three top level staffers resigned, Kotek issues a worthless (and expensive—what a juxtaposition) 16-page document that addresses none of the problems she and her spouse created.

It shakes one’s confidence in her political competence. (Still, better than Brown was!)
